Management Team
At Sambhavam, Chitra supervises all the thrapy work and manages the team. With about fifteen years of personal and professional experience working with people on the spectrum across age groups, she brings a holistic point of view to the table. She is a BCaBA and has a master's degree in education from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
Venu has about 15 years of personal and professional experience with autism. In addition, he has about 20 years of experience in building and running high performance teams. At Sambhavam, he takes care of administration, team management and financial management. He has a bachelors degree in engineering and a masters in business from the IIM Bangalore. He is purusing a masters degree in education at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (2024-26).

Chelsea George
Chelsea has been with Sambhavam since 2016. She started out as a therapist and over the years built her technical and people skills, progressing to a supervisor and then a center manager at the Whitefiled center. She has a bachelors in psychology, she is a Registered Behavior Technician, and currently pursuing masters in psychology.
Harshitha
Harshitha works with children very effectively. She implements tailored strategies with ease, making her interactions with kids naturally engaging and supportive.
Martha
Martha is a calm and empathetic therapist. Her gentle approach with children helps her form a trusting relationship with them.
Jesilin
Jesilin is a passionate therapist dedicated to helping children. Her eagerness to learn and grow is reflected in her sessions.
